Meet Jyl

... Jyl grew up, went to university and received a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition. As she ventured out into the world, an unexpected spiritual emergency, or what the shamans call the "Birth of the Healer," changed her life forever.
Jyl's journey led her around the world to study several ancient healing modalities. In India, she trained with master gurus and is certified in Iyengar, Ashtanga & Kundalini yoga and Ayurvedic practices.
Jyl completed a master/Ph.D. in Psychology/Consciousness Studies with a focus on Energy Medicine. She is an ordained minister and has written several consciously aligned books. Her work includes complex healing analysis, therapeutic mentoring, meditation, mettaplaytion (yoga kriyas), cleansing (detox), and healing with sustainable foods. One of Jyl's organic conscious dinner parties aired on Lifetime for Women TV.
Her mission is to increase awareness of the healing benefits of Energy Medicine, while legitimising healers like herself for their gifts and healing contributions.
